About Us
I am Brother Dan Sherwood, a Bible Evangelist, called by God to Preach His Word! Me and my Family are desiring to see God use us in establishing an Independent Church that is not part of any denomination such as Catholics, Cults, Protestants, or any other religious organizations. We are Christians that are trying everyday to obey all the teaching of our Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ and God's Holy Word, being led by His Holy Spirit. Our bible doctrine and history dates all the way back to John the Baptist, who Immersed Jesus Christ into the river Jordon over 2000 years ago. We are not part of any convention or association. We are not affiliated with any other local church groups, although we do fellowship with other like-minded Christians. We are Unincorporated and Unregistered. We are commissioned by God Almighty!
We still preach the Old King James Bible Translation of 1611!
We still sing the Old-Time Hymns of the faith and songs that are Spirit-filled!
We still pray & praise God the Old-Fashioned way!
We still assemble in the name of our Lord & Saviour Jesus Christ for the purposes of praying to our Father God, praising His only begotten Son, and preaching His Truth in the power of His Holy Spirit.
Our desire is found in the Scriptures of Titus 2:12-14 to “…live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.”
We are reaching out to the growing city of Boise, Idaho with over two hundred thousand people, as well as the surrounding Treasure Valley area totaling over six hundred thousand people and growing. We are also reaching out to our Nation as well as the whole world through our website ministry.
We love God, and we love people, and we would love to have the opportunity to meet you and your family. We desire to have a place where families meet together in the sanctuary and where God the Holy Spirits meets with us regularly. A place where church is still what it used to be!
